Vroegh Design is a mobility design consultancy. When you use our contact form, we act as the data controller responsible for your personal data.

When you submit our contact form, we collect the following information you provide:

• Phone number

• Company name

• Postal address

• CV and portfolio materials

• Project details and message content

4. How long we keep your data

• General enquiries: up to 12 months after our last contact

• CVs and portfolio submissions: up to 12 months, unless we enter into a working relationship

• If we work together: records may be kept for up to 7 years for legal and accounting purposes

We review and delete data that is no longer needed on a regular basis.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be accessible to:

• Our email provider (used to receive form submissions)

• Our website hosting provider

These providers act as data processors and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access – request a copy of your personal data

• Rectification – ask us to correct inaccurate data

• Erasure – ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
